What are the dimensions of each tent?
Each tent frame is 47 inches wide, 48 inches tall, and 41.5 inches long. The tents are made to fit over a twin size mattress. Dimensions do not include air mattress. Air mattresses are standard twin size.
How much should I expect to pick up per tent rental?
Tent rentals include the tent frame with attached cover, air mattress, air pump, fitted sheet, blanket, decorative pillows, LED color changing string lights, stackable breakfast trays, and garland.
Can the tent rentals be delivered?
If you would like delivery, please make a request when completing the Rental Request Google Form located on the contact page. Delivery includes dropping off all materials on the date requested and picking up all materials the following day. We request that everything is collapsed and bagged/boxed up upon picking up materials. Please include your address in order to receive an exact delivery cost on your invoice. If you would like to inquire about delivery before reserving your rentals, please contact us through the "Contact Page" and provide your address for a quote.
How do I set up the tents?
Please see video that explains step by step directions for setting up your Slumberland Tent. The estimated set up time for frames, mattresses, and decorations is 30-45 minutes for 3 tents and 60-90 minutes for 6 tents. There are ideas on how to decorate each theme under the "Gallery" page.
How many tents can I rent?
You are able to rent up to 6 tents per night, with a minimum of 2 tents.
How soon should I request tent rentals?
We recommend requesting your rentals as soon as you know a date and number of tents needed. Your date and rentals will be reserved as soon as a deposit has been made.
How much do the tent rentals cost?
Each tent is $40 per night. Specialty themed tents are $50 per night. Please complete the Rental Request form in order to receive a detailed invoice including rentals, add-ons, delivery (if needed), and taxes. The total rental cost is required prior to picking up rentals or having them delivered. Tent rentals are half off for the second night (only $20 per tent!).
What is the payment process?
Once you have completed the Rental Request form you will receive a detailed invoice including rentals, add-ons, delivery (if needed), and taxes. Payments must be made online through a link sent to you via Square. Full payment is required prior to picking up rentals or having them delivered.
Am I able to cancel my rental request?
Your payment is able to be fully refunded as long as you cancel your rental request at least 2 weeks before the requested date. If you need to reschedule your rentals, your payment can be used one time toward a new date chosen, as available. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new payment will need to be made. Refunds are not provided within 2 weeks of the requested rental date.
What is the pick up/delivery time?
You can request pick up/delivery times when completing the Rental Request Form. We will discuss with you times that will work when you receive your confirmation email.
How is rental equipment cleaned?
All rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each use. Sheets, pillowcases, and blankets are machine washed and sprayed with fabric disinfectant spray after each use. Trays and mattresses are wiped clean with disinfectant spray/wipes.
What if I'm not sure how many tents I will need?
If you are unsure of exactly how many tents you need to rent, please request the most amount you would need to ensure that they are reserved for you. If you need to increase the number of tents closer to your rental date, they may not be available. You will be required to pay the full amount for the number of tents requested. If you need to decrease the number of tents requested, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance. With at least 2 weeks notice, you will receive a refund for the tents that are not needed.
How can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Please use this request form to purchase a Gift Certificate: Gift Certificate Request Form. You will have the option to have the gift certificate emailed to you, emailed to the recipient, or picked up to have a physical copy.
